Lakeville is back!

Hi Parents, family, and friends!

It’s been a while since we have last spoken. We have electricity again!!!

We are unpacking at our AMAZING new hotel, having dinner, then all the kids will be blogging while we are pool side! They have a lot to share!

So stay tuned, as the blogs will be rolling in within the next 2 hours or so.

We are having an absolute blast…and the best 3 days are yet to come.

Talk soon.

All done

Hi parents, E here.

It’s 6am here. That came wayyyyyy too quickly.

We are all starting to arrive at the hotel lobby little by little. Nathaniel was down her first with Ms. Cabral and now Dylan just for here too. And here comes Nick now.

We are heading to the airport in about 15-30 minutes.

I will post to our group page once we land in NY which will be around 12:50pm. Check that group page like a crazy person after that because it will be on there that I update you on time to be at our pick up location and you don’t want to be late! These kids miss you all!

Carolyn and Kellcie are now down here too…just waiting on the rest now. Something tells me Josh will be the last one. 😁

Alright, it’s been fun blogging all week and sharing our experiences with you as they happened but now it’s time to come back. See you all soon.

(Alex and Kevin just came down)

Quick Update from E

Hello

Absolutely exhausted today. Some issues with uploading the pictures for everyone but Jess, and then it got too late. It’s 1am now! We have to leave the hotel by 6:30am to head to the airport. It’s going to be a rough night/morning for many of us including me. Josh and Kellcie will blog in the morning. I need to shower and pack and get some sleep.

I will try blogging finishing tomorrow in the morning at the hotel and/or at the airport (if they have it)

Our flight is at 10am here and we should arrive in New York at around 12:50pm. I will text Larrel and she will post to the FACEBOOK GROUP (not the blog because nobody else is going to care about us landing besides us). I actually should be able to post on the Facebook group as well but I’ll probably text Larrel or you can text me as well.

Goodnight everyone…its been a long day and ill try to fill you in more tomorrow like I said.

Picture 2 – Josh and I standing in front of the Eiffel Tower.

Picture 3 – The dessert we had after my very first time trying Escargot.

Picture 4 – The first ever Volkswagen Truck I’ve seen.

Picture 5 – In Europe the movie “The Hangover” is called “Very Bad Trip”.

Pictures coming soon.

Last Day in Europe – Nathaniel

Picture 1 – Dylan was the first of many to fall asleep on the bus. He fell asleep more than anyone else, and was out cold in this picture. Everyone took pictures of him as you can see in all the other posts.

Picture 2 – Versailles was amazing. This is a view of all of one side of Versailles. Versailles was one of my favorite stops, and I got another 257 pictures of Versailles for you mom. I took so many pictures. The palace and grounds were truly beautiful and I loves being there.

Picture 3 – This was an awesome picture I took of the Eiffel Tower. It was so cool to be at the very top of the Eiffel Tower. Being on there was truly an indescribable experience, and I had a blast there.

Picture 4 – This was my favorite site in Barcelona. The cathedral was an amazing site, and the side designed by Antonio Gaudi was my favorite. I really hope I will be able to see the completed cathedral in my lifetime.

Picture 5 – The Arc de Triumph (a.k.a. Archie) was our favorite site that we never stopped at. We went around that rotary so many times, and seeing the arc was awesome. I hope that next time I am in Paris I get to go to the arc instead of just driving by.

Pictures in a second…

Last Day in Europe – Kevin

Picture 1 – Josh is asleep after a long day of traveling. This is the start of all the shenanigans on the bus.

Picture 2 – The outside of Notre Dame Cathedral. It was the largest church I’ve ever been in and i thought it was very impressive. Plus, i finally know what the Disney movie is about.

Picture 3 – Dylan being Dylan at Versailles. Here we see a lovely representation of the gardens of Versailles along with a great example of the kind of fun we had on this trip.

Picture 4 – An ancient statue taking a selfie. Yes the statue is broken but i liked this piece of art the most out of all the things at the Louvre because this was the only piece that became modern as time went on, even though it was a result of breaking.

Picture 5 – A view of Paris from the top of the Eiffel Tower. I thought being up there was the st thing ever. We could see all of Paris and it was just so awesome.
