Glenview Costa Rica day 5

Hola! Today we went zip lining and I was very nervous. I went on the two practice lines that were only about 10 yards. But then on the real one it was way to tall and long for me. I chickened out and didn’t go. I’m sorry mom and dad. But I had a blast the rest of the day! We went to a ranch and had an amazing meal. homemade pizza and white rice with steak! YUM! Then we had a tour of the ranch which was really cool and fun. After the ranch we went to a hot spring! It was hot because of a volcano that was close by. The volcanos heat heated the river that we swam in. It was so much fun. I’m having a great time here and I miss and love all of you! Can’t wait to see you all! Love,
Gracie O. ❤

  1. You were not a chicken, Gracie, you tried your best, but it wasn’t in the cards for you this time. I am proud of your courage to try the first two. Pura Vida!

  2. That last comment was actually Mr. Rich, not Pete Solomon, another chaperon on this trip.

  3. Gracie you are not a chicken! You tried and sometimes it is best to know your limitations. There will be other adventures and the most important one you are on is going to Costa Rica. There are not a lot of twelve year olds that would have the guts to do the things you have done. We love you and are so proud of you. We miss you tons but are glad you are having such s great time. Keep the blaaaags coming. We are always checking. Danny went to camp T today and said he missed you too.

    Love you

    Dad

  4. Karen O'Brien, Grace's mom

Grace, I am so proud of you! You are doing things I only dream of doing. You are a rock star in my book, no matter what you accomplish. You are trying new things and learning about the world around you. I look up to you for being so adventurous. I love seeing your blog entries so we can see and hear about it all before you are even home! Have a fabulous day and know that we could not be more proud of you!!! I love you, Mom
